Message from the Managing Director

I am personally excited to announce the launching of HCI Staff Portal, which connect us further and work as one company, one team. Health Careers International (HCI) is growing with five subsidiary companies added to its profile.

HCI’s strategy is institutional growth by establishing HCI learning hubs in partnerships with educational institutes globally.

Microsoft Teams

By the implementation of Microsoft Teams in January 2018, we have improved collaboration and teamwork to the next level. Today we use Microsoft Teams for all our projects in HCI. Microsoft Teams is also become vital for our students now for real-time communication and support.

HCI StaffHub SharePoint

In September 2019, we implemented HCI StaffHub a SharePoint communication site to integrate all information in one place. HCI StaffHub is growing with more than 3000 pages of information and visited by all HCI staff regularly..

Healthovation

One of the significant differentiations for HCI is by the establishment of the Research and Innovation division “Healthovation”. Healthovation will be instrumental in providing research, innovation and technology-based education to all HCI students. We aim at preparing our graduates to be able to work for future healthcare needs. We adopt technology-enhanced learning practices, research & innovation-driven curriculum, and provide global healthcare exposure to our students through a partnership with global healthcare institutions.

AceLern

AceLern is the latest member in the HCI family. AceLern will be focusing on providing micro-credentialing courses using state of the art online learning platform and support students to “Accelerate e-Learning”.

HCI Goals

“HCI purpose: Create Jobs, Enhance lives” To meet purpose and HCI vision “to become a global provider of health care education and research”, we required to work as a unified team. HCI staff need to identify the risk in all areas of operation, share ideas to enhance learning and teaching practices, innovation in all areas of service, improve communication and always promote caring.

HCI Staff Portal

HCI needs to promote “Staff First” as our way of working. Identifying staff support needs and providing all HCI staff with timely support and clarity is essential for HCI to achieving the goals and purpose. HCI staff portal is aimed to achieve enhanced reporting, staff support, staff grievances, staff mentoring programs etc. HCI staff working in a different part of the world and in different time zones as well as disconnected during COVID-19 pandemic requires a new way of communicating in the digital world. HCI portal will be continually added with new features which you can suggest.

Yours truly
